Avid RC offers only the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. If the item is defective, you may return the defective items with the remaining items for a full refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please send an email to our customer service department.
In the unlikely case you must return your items to us, please follow these steps.
Package the items up in their original packaging, including any items that may have broken (mandatory).
Ship the items to the following address with a copy of your invoice and how we should refund your money.

Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 2-5 business days after we have received your return.
If you have misplaced your invoice, you can print out the order information from the view account section of our site and goto order history , or simply include a piece of paper when you send your return back to us with your full name, email address, order number, the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning and how you would like to be refunded. If you cannot find your order or item number, please note you can access this information on the view account area of the site.
In order to exchange a purchased item, we require that you contact us to make sure we have in stock what you are looking for. Our stock fluctuates so much from day to day that there is a chance the item you see on the website will not be available by the time your item is returned to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping which is another reason that you must contact us.
