Avid's Clear Double Sided Servo Tape will keep all your electronics secured to whatever you need and at $8 it is a steal because it is 10 feet (3 meters) long instead of the 40 inch (1 meter) versions out there. We also used a small 1.5" plastic tube instead of the larger 3" in order to take up less space in your tool box.
Information (Clear vs Grey)
The grey variant is slightly thinner than the clear at 0.6mm, making it easier to peel and providing a slightly stronger hold. So why not use grey exclusively? The key difference is that the clear version allows for repositioning—receivers or speed controllers can be adjusted a few times before requiring replacement. Additionally, the grey variant tends to dry out over time (typically within a year), making it more difficult to remove.
