Purchasing Terms

By placing an order through AvidRC.com, you agree that the transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Avid Racing Concepts LLC is a Texas-formed company currently operating out of Colorado. Title and risk of loss for goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We currently collect and remit sales tax for orders shipped to Colorado, in accordance with state law. For all other U.S. orders, sales tax may be applied based on current economic nexus laws as required. Customers are responsible for any use tax obligations in their state if sales tax is not collected at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. Avid RC does not collect or prepay these fees and will not alter customs documentation.

User Submissions

By submitting any content (e.g., reviews, comments, images) to AvidRC.com, you grant Avid RC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in any media.
