Congratulations to Steven Hartson, 2013 IFMAR 1/10th Offroad Worlds 4WD Champion

This past week the best in the world arrived in California at the Silver Dollar facility owned by A Main Hobbies to battle it out for the 2013 IFMAR 10th EL Offroad World Championship Title in 2wd and 4wd.  Steven Hartson of Team Associated took the 4wd Worlds Title with his B44.2 which was equiped with the Avid Chassis Conversions and Ball Bearings.  The Harston's have been a long time AE force but typically over shadowed by the Ryan's at most national level races.  However at this years 2013 ROAR Offroad Fuel Nationals in Houston Texas, it was Hartson that was putting in the fastest consistant laps on the AE team with a setup that was far from conventional.  It wasn't until the mains that the rest of the team began placing bits of his findings onto their cars.  So not only is Hartson a wheel but he and his father work hard much like the Tessman's (who got 3rd at the Worlds with a new Hot Bodies 4wd D413 car, impressive) to push the progression of setup forward.  Congratulations to Steven Hartson, Ty Tessman, Travis Amezcua, and the rest of the field that chose Avid as the go to product for such a prestigious event.
